We are currently looking for an
Electrical and Automation Superintendent on Cruise ship with Permanent pay
who will report to the Site Manager to oversee the construction of the vessel within this expert discipline.
Through regular and unscheduled inspections, tests and trials, progress reports, identifying risks etc you will ensure the highest possible standards of construction from the shipyard and its suppliers.
You will have in-depth knowledge and experience in modern cruise ship electrical and automation systems and outfitting.
You will have knowledge and work experience with diesel electrical propulsion and podded drives, LV, MV and HV.
Addition experience with ships IT networks and communications would be ideal.
You will have the ability to lead related technical discipline and have small team management experience.
Prior experience working in Northern Germany would be advantageous.
You will be degree qualified or have a high professional level of equivalent experience as a Electrical/Electronics Engineer.
