An ETO is required to join a luxury cruise and motor yacht company.
The successful candidate will be fully aware of how the electronics systems are interconnected, able to operate, understand and maintain equipment sufficiently.
They will ensure that all wiring of equipment is up to industry standard, and know who his land based counterparts are and their availability to assist in IT update and repairs on board.
Candidates require previous cruise/passenger ship experience, as well as Electrical and Technical knowledge. Responsibilities will include PA systems, fire doors/systems, working with AMOS and AVO, computers, communication systems e.g. telephones, as well as all hotel equipment.
Daily salary paid in British Pounds Sterling or US Dollars. Rotation 4 months on, 2 months off.
STCW basic training certification is required and GMDSS Operators certificate and ETO CoC is desired.
